1. Shop Drawing Approval

By submitting the form below, you confirm that:
✅ You have reviewed and approved the shop drawings provided by Zen Space Makers, Inc..
✅ The dimensions, design, materials, and specifications are correct.
✅ Production will commence based on these approved drawings.

2. Change Orders

Any modifications after approval will be considered a Change Order, which includes but is not limited to:
🔹 Design alterations
🔹 Material substitutions
🔹 Additional features or components

All change orders must be paid in full upon request before implementation.

3. Agreement & Signature
