Giving New Life to Distressed Real Estate

From a burnt down wreck, to a new house. We have begun work on a a 2500 SF, spacious, gambrel-roofed, four bedroom.

114 Marquis is in historic Chester, SC. We have plans to build a large four bedroom house on the existing foundation. Located across from the historic site of Chester’s historic Black college, The Brainerd Institute. These rolling green fields were where the Presbyterian Church ran a college for Native and Black youth, from 1869 to 1934. Today that property is currently owned by actor and local celebrity Phyllicia Rashad (aka “Mrs. Huxtable.”)

This house was designed by Sander Hicks, with 3D rendering help from Lovisa Kisseo. Below are some site and roofing plans as well.
